About Shaggy
Shaggy is a charming little Chihuahua-Terrier mix weighing around 9 pounds. He arrived from Laredo, Texas, where he lived outdoors with other dogs and suffered from flea and tick infestations. Initially wary of humans, Shaggy would curl his lip and give a cautious look when he first joined us at Tracys Paws. However, as he settled in and realized he was safe, his sweet nature began to emerge. He is gentle, affectionate, and just needs a bit of time to trust his new family. At about three to four years old, Shaggy seeks a quiet home without small children. He is heartworm-negative and Chagas-negative, ready to trade his rescue life for a loving family. Shaggy yearns for a soft lap and a nurturing environment where he can thrive further. If you think you could provide the warm home Shaggy dreams of, please complete an application to adopt him.
