Richard could be your die-hard best buddy! At 5 years old and 99.6 pounds, this Pit Bull mix is a big boy, though he doesn't always act like it. He arrived as a stray and was never claimed, but we believe he previously lived in a home. Richard sits perfectly for treats and has had very few accidents at the shelter, so we’re confident he’ll be house-trained once he’s back in a routine. Richard absolutely loves people! He has plenty of energy for outdoor adventures but also enjoys transforming into the cutest couch potato for afternoon naps. He gets a bit enthusiastic when meeting new faces but settles down quickly and behaves well. Richard would do best as the only dog in his new home, as he's not fond of other canines. Richard is neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccines. You can visit him at the shelter Tuesdays through Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or Sundays from 12:00 to 5:00 PM.
