About Chipz Arriving D

Chip is a joyful little boy who adores meeting new friends. After his previous owner moved into a senior care center, he was found roaming with his brother Oreo. Now safe in rescue, Chip is eagerly seeking his forever home. As a young puppy, he’ll need patience, affection, and training as he adjusts to his new life. Currently, he is learning to use potty pads and is making progress in alerting humans when he needs to go outside. Chip has lived with older children and plays well with them, displaying high energy that will surely match any playful companion. He thrives with the company of another dog, but he is also perfectly content being the center of attention. He's crate trained but might express some puppy feelings about being alone for a few minutes before settling down. Chip is a goofy character who loves to snuggle. He enjoys wrapping his paws around your neck for a cozy hug. Keep in mind, Chip will arrive in Minnesota on 7/11/2026 and needs to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN, between 9 AM and noon. Please plan ahead, as pickups outside of these hours cannot be accommodated. Be aware that he may need additional veterinary care once he arrives.
