Talty is a 4-year and 4-month-old male medium-sized dog with a beautiful tricolor coat of brown, black, and white. He is neutered, vaccinated, and house trained. Living in Kaufman, TX, Talty gets along well with dogs and children, making him an excellent addition to any family.

Talty's story began in hardship, as he was abandoned to fend for himself in the countryside, where he survived alone for months. It was a tough life, crossing a busy road daily while living in a large pasture. Though his buddy was taken in last December, Talty remained behind until he was rescued in February. Now safe, Talty has transformed into a wonderfully sweet and friendly boy, revealing his loving and resilient nature. He's fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations, including Bordetella. Talty is heartworm negative and on preventative care. He gets along well with other dogs and shows great affection for people, eagerly seeking a loving family to call his own. After enduring such uncertainty, Talty truly deserves a home where he will never feel abandoned again. Ready for his forever family, Talty is also open to foster or foster-to-adopt arrangements.
