About Vega

Vega's journey began with her rescue near College Park, where she was found in a precarious situation with her eyes barely open. Now a vibrant and affectionate 2-year-old, Vega has become an endearing companion. She loves to snuggle, often curling up under the covers beside her favorite people. Vega is sociable and friendly, getting along wonderfully with other cats, dogs, and kids. This delightful girl follows you from room to room, eager to be a part of every moment, and engages you in her own charming conversations. We require all adoptions to occur within a 2-hour radius of the TriCounty area. Exceptions may be made for seniors or hard-to-place animals. For pets under one year or with health issues, a vet reference is necessary. Her adoption fee of $110 covers all vetting, including spay surgery, vaccinations, a microchip, and necessary medical care while in rescue. Please understand that these fees help us manage the medical expenses of all our animals. Adoptions are only conducted on Saturdays, and not every animal can attend the events.
