Like his namesake from the movie, this gentle soul needs a safe, stable home to thrive. Since his arrival, Bubble Boy has shown himself to be sweet, talkative, and eager for affection. Despite his scabby fur, he won't hesitate to jump into your lap, stretch out a leg, and request love as if he's known you forever. He has multiple allergies, including reactions to fleas, mites, and trees like hickory, requiring long-term medications to stay comfortable. Having lived with dogs before, he did well, but in a multi-cat environment, he struggled; however, he could potentially get along with one calm, older cat who respects his personal space. Bubble Boy is also on a special sensitive skin diet, enjoying both dry and canned food from Purina. He’s looking for a compassionate adopter who appreciates the extra care a special-needs pet requires.
