About Lark
Lark is a sweet and playful German Shepherd currently looking for a new home. At about one year old and 50 pounds, she brings a lively energy that is both loving and loyal. Lark was rescued from the streets of Hollywood in January and has since integrated well with a pack of dogs, forming a special bond with a 5-year-old shepherd/cattle dog mix. She thrives in an active environment, as she loves to trail walk and play with other big dogs at daycare. While Lark enjoys the companionship of her canine friends, she isn't a good fit for homes with small female dogs. She's crate trained and goes to her bed happily when asked. Lark has shown great promise in terms of training; she's learned to control her initial inclination to jump up for affection. Protective of her home and family, Lark is truly looking for an active, big-dog only household where her intelligence can shine. If you're ready for a lively and affectionate companion, consider giving Lark a loving home. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
