About Chuck

Meet Chuck! This lively little guy has only been with his foster family for a week, but he's already captivated their hearts. At just 12 weeks old and weighing in at 11 pounds, Chuck is a bundle of curiosity and playfulness, as well as a snuggly companion. He loves spending his days racing around the yard chasing soccer balls, zooming after squeaky toys, and going on neighborhood walks. After all that excitement, he happily settles in for a cozy nap either in his crate or right next to you. Chuck shows off his sweet personality by being patient with kids as young as 2.5 and 6 years old, allowing them to walk him on a leash as if they’ve been friends forever. He enjoys tummy rubs, being carried around like royalty, and, of course, his kibble — which means he quickly catches on to any tricks you want to teach him. He is on the right path to being fully potty trained and is crate trained too, sleeping soundly through the night. Smart and attentive, he has already mastered commands like 'sit' and 'come'. Chuck revels in the company of other dogs and, while he's learning to recognize when they need space, he’s always ready to pivot back to his humans for love and attention. Bringing Chuck home means gaining not just a dog, but a loyal buddy, a napping partner, and a playful spirit who will fill your days with affection. Interested in adopting Chuck?
