He currently resides in Parrish, FL, and is up to date on vaccinations. While he is friendly with children and other dogs, he is not suitable for homes with cats. He is looking for a loving family to help him continue to flourish.
About Beau
Meet Beau, an almost five-year-old male silver Weimaraner with captivating puppy-like eyes. He’s learning to embrace his Weimaraner spirit while blossoming in his foster home. Initially shy around other dogs, he quickly warms up and has made great strides since arriving. Although Beau is crate trained and house trained, he still needs some work on leash manners. After receiving treatment for a skin infection, his fur is recovering but may appear a bit patchy. Beau is good with kids, although he does have a strong prey drive, so he’s not suitable for homes with cats or small animals. We’ve helped him gain weight, bringing him to a healthy 77 lbs. Beau is neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccinations. He’s ready to thrive in a loving home that will continue to help him grow.
