About Zeus

Zeus reigns in his own kingdom with all the charm of a feline ruler. This 11-year-old Turkish Angora is known for his striking odd eyes—one blue and one green—that perfectly match his regal personality. He loves to follow his human companions from room to room, always close by but not necessarily on top of you. If he's overlooked, prepare for a gentle paw tap and a few vocal reminders that he needs your attention! Though he enjoys playtime—especially when pouncing on dangling toys—Zeus prefers his own space and is best suited for a home without other pets. He’s had a few run-ins where he was less than friendly with other animals. Zeus thrives in the company of adults, but he may need time to warm up to new faces. As a typical senior cat, he is ideal for those wanting a calm and affectionate companion. Keep in mind, he's not very fond of grooming, accepting his stunning looks just as they are. Zeus must live indoors only due to being declawed on his front paws, and he can have some hairballs, so a wet pate diet helps. He has a moderate heart murmur but is doing just fine without medication. Zeus’s adoption fee is $25, and he is located in Surprise, AZ. He’s ready to bring joy to a loving home—are you the one for him?
