About Wayne

Wayne is the total package if you're in search of a friendly and affectionate companion. This handsome guy loves making new friends and has never met a stranger. He’ll greet you with adorable head boops, soak up all the pets, and snuggle right in. When he's particularly happy, he even drools—a clear sign he's living his best life! Wayne came to us alongside his sister, Katy, who is also available for adoption. They enjoy each other’s company and would make a wonderful pair, but they’re perfectly fine finding homes separately as well. This senior companion has a playful side; he loves chatting with his people throughout the day and enjoys wand toys, rolling in catnip, and curling up for cuddle time. Though he previously did well with older children, Wayne can be nervous around younger kids. He also lived with a dog but preferred to keep his distance. Transitioning to a new home may be a challenge for him; he will need time and patience to become comfortable. Wayne will come home with a behavior plan to help ease this transition. Ready to meet your new best friend? Wayne is waiting for you in Springfield, MA.
