Meet Itzly, a five-year-old Doberman mix. She was owner surrendered because her previous family couldn’t dedicate enough time to her, and now she’s eager for a fresh start with someone who truly values her gentle, people-oriented nature. Itzly is petite for her breed mix, making her an especially charming and manageable companion. She already knows basic commands like "sit" and "paw," and being highly treat-motivated adds fun to her training sessions. Itzly enjoys leisurely walks, taking in the world at a relaxed pace. This affectionate girl loves snuggles and being near her people. Itzly has lived with kids and cats, showing a social side when introduced properly. However, it’s best for her to be in a home without cats, or with cats that can hold their ground as she adjusts. Although she was potty trained previously, regular outings will help establish a routine. As a Doberman mix, Itzly displays many wonderful traits, including loyalty and intelligence. Typically energetic and people-focused, she thrives when included in family life and receiving mental and physical engagement. While Dobermans often show protective tendencies, they are also affectionate companions who enjoy being close. Playful and loving, Itzly is ready to become a devoted companion. She’ll flourish in a home that can continue her basic training, keep her engaged, and most importantly, shower her with the time and affection she deserves.
