About Elsa
Meet Elsa! She has a touching story that explains how she came to our care, and thankfully she is with us now. Elsa arrived as a stray, struggling with a large tumor that was dragging on the ground. This condition made walking difficult and exposed her to infections. Our dedicated vet team worked hard, even on a day the shelter was closed, to create a plan to relieve her pain. After surgery to remove the tumor and spaying, Elsa woke up a different dog. You could see the relief and happiness on her face. Currently in a foster home, Elsa has healed and is ready to find her forever family. She is already crate trained and house trained, gets along well with dogs, and shares a loving bond with the cat in her foster home. Most importantly, Elsa loves being around people; she craves affection and companionship. She enjoys lounging outside, belly up in the sun, radiating happiness. Do you think you could provide a loving home for this sweet senior gal? She promises to bring a smile to your face every day! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
