About Mina

Meet Mina! This lovely Himalayan and Domestic Long Hair mix came to us from a backyard breeding situation and has already faced more challenges than most kittens ever will. Born with a congenital condition called atresia ani, she underwent corrective surgery at 6 months. Despite her rough start, Mina is now thriving and full of the playful spirit typical of kittens. She takes a daily, inexpensive medication to support her well-being, and while she has a slight amount of incontinence, her vet team is optimistic that this will improve as she develops. Mina is sweet, resilient, and full of personality. If you're in search of a special kitten with an inspiring story, Mina might just be the perfect fit for your family. She gets along well with other cats and is already litter box trained. All cats adopted through our rescue come age-appropriately vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and spayed before their adoption is finalized. Ready to change a life? Apply to adopt Mina today!
