Topsy Turvy is an affectionate young cat with a heart full of love. At just over a year old, she adores people and seems to think they're all wonderful. Although we’re not sure what led her to be on the streets, she was fortunate to encounter kind individuals and other animals along the way. This charming Siamese mix gets along well with both cats and dogs, and she’s great with children, making her a perfect family companion. Topsy is healthy, spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, dewormed, and microchipped. All she needs now is a family to shower her with love and attention.
