About Amos

Amos is a sweet little fellow, approximately 4 years old and weighing around 15 lbs. He joined Mostly Mutts from animal control and is thriving thanks to the love and care he’s received. Amos recently spent five days in a temporary foster home where he showcased his charming personality and snuggly nature. He truly comes alive when he feels safe and secure. Although he met some other dogs and didn't care for them, he would prefer to be your only dog. Cats are unknown, but he has a strong prey drive that might not bode well with small animals. Although he hasn't directly interacted with children at Mostly Mutts, he may not be the best fit for families with toddlers who might inadvertently cause him stress. With a curious spirit and adorable brown splotches, Amos is both playful and affectionate. He loves to be petted, enjoys tasty dog treats, and thrives on learning new commands like sit, stay, and come. He is house trained and has good crate manners, making him a great companion. He’s up to date on all vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered, ready to find his forever family. This little guy is looking for a home that will provide love, stability, and ample playtime. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
