With his big eyes and playful spirit, Theo is looking for a place where he can run, play, and snuggle to his heart's content. Given his young age, he will likely get along with other cats, dogs, and children after a bit of time to acclimate. Currently residing in a foster home in the DC area, Theo is all about fun and affection. If you’re able to take in not just him but one of his siblings too, that would be even better! Remember, as a part of the adoption process, Theo will require some vaccinations to be completed, and his spay/neuter will need to occur by October 11, 2026.
