About Gizmo

Meet Gizmo, a super senior who has quite the story! At around 17 years old and weighing 22 lbs, he was found on the side of the road experiencing a seizure. Since then, Gizmo has been cared for and is now on seizure medication, has undergone dental procedures, and is recovering from a double ear infection. He has a short coat and is currently on a diet to help him shed some pounds. This quiet and loving boy has a gentle spirit and gets along well with cats. However, due to his anxiety, he would thrive best in a home without children. Gizmo is pad-trained and while he does have occasional accidents, his charm makes up for it. He enjoys his walks, preferably on a harness to protect his collapsed trachea, and he absolutely loves car rides! Although he doesn’t live with dogs, he could likely coexist with calm ones. Gizmo still shows a playful side and loves being around people. He might be a senior, but he still has plenty of love to give and moments to share. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
