About Carli
Carli spent months navigating the streets of Cleveland, TX, while pregnant and alone. Despite the hardships, she gave birth on the street, lost one puppy early, but managed to raise her two boys with remarkable strength and determination. Though she faced health struggles and frequent visits to the ER, Carli persevered and has now recovered. She is spayed, in good health, and has reached her ideal weight. True to her German Shepherd nature, Carli is calm, loyal, and friendly with both dogs and people. Her sweetness stands out, despite everything she has been through. She is steady, loving, and once she feels safe, she shows complete devotion. Carli thrives in a peaceful home environment. While she enjoys the company of older kids, young ones with high energy may be overwhelming for her. After a tumultuous past focused on survival, she now needs a place where she can relax and simply be a dog. Carli is a dedicated mother to her puppies, Loki and Thor, who are often cuddled up with her. Although they will be placed separately, the possibility of them being adopted together remains open. They are as sweet and cuddly as she is, reflecting the love she has poured into raising them. Currently, Carli is in Texas and requires an East Coast foster or adopter to help her reach her forever home. Ready to meet Carli? Start the adoption process today!
