Doily
Found a forever home!Doily is a small, adult male dog, weighing 12 lbs. He is neutered, current on vaccinations, and has a soft, fluffy coat. Doily is looking for a patient home in Portland, OR, where he can feel secure and loved. Although he needs some time to adjust, he’s eager for connection and companionship.
About Doily
Doily is a lovely mixed breed dog looking for a special home that understands his shy nature. He’s currently working with the Behavior and Training team at Oregon Humane, and they emphasize that getting to know him will take time and patience. A calm environment will suit him best, as new people, surroundings, and touch can be intimidating. Doily prefers to take things at his own pace. Once comfortable, you'll see his affectionate side as he loves to follow his favorite humans around, turning into their little shadow. He enjoys leisurely walks and would thrive in a low-traffic home, ideally with older children and potentially other canine companions, as he’s shown a friendly disposition during interactions with dogs at the shelter. Doily will require regular grooming every 6-8 weeks to keep his coat in top condition. This furry companion is ready to blossom in the right setting! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
