About Castor
Castor has made impressive strides since being rescued as a kitten last October. Now, he seeks a patient family ready to help him flourish in a new home, giving him the time and understanding he needs to unveil his true personality. While he enjoys attention and affection like his brother Pollux, Castor takes a bit longer to acclimate to new environments. At first, unexpected surroundings can feel overwhelming, but once he settles, he loves being petted and spending quality time with those he trusts. He's playful and shares a fondness for toys and exploration, showing off his quirky charm. Castor shares a special bond with his brother Pollux; while they can be adopted separately, they would thrive together in the same home. This duo can definitely support each other as they adapt. One distinctive feature of Castor is his congenital eye condition, which has resulted in one smaller, differently structured eye. It doesn’t require treatment and doesn’t hinder his quality of life, echoing the uniqueness he shares with Pollux. If you’re looking for a sweet cat who might take a little time to adjust but has the potential to be a devoted companion, Castor is ready to meet you. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
