About Horus

Meet Horus, our big, lovable goofball. Found as a stray near railroad tracks, he arrived with no microchip or ID tag. Despite his rough start, Horus is an incredibly sweet and joyful soul. Since joining our rescue, he has shown a playful spirit, especially when he met a smaller spayed female. His friendly nature shone through as he welcomed her with enthusiastic play bows. Horus is eager to meet new canine friends and is always up for socializing. We recommend meet-and-greets with other dogs and children to ensure a perfect match. However, information on how he does with cats is currently unavailable. Come meet this charming guy at 430 Bristol Drive, Statesville, NC. Please bring a collar and leash for his adoption, or you can purchase a combo from us for $15. All adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Establishing vet care after adoption is a must. Adoption Fee: $80. Horus is 3 years old and weighs 62 pounds. Don't let his size fool you; he believes there's no weight limit for being a lap dog. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
