About Lobu

Meet Lobu! This sweet, loving girl has done an amazing job raising her 10 babies and is now ready to find a family that will adore her and spoil her the way she deserves. Lobu can be a little tentative around new men, suggesting she may not have had the best experiences with them before coming into rescue. However, with patience and kindness, she has learned to trust her foster dad and continues to gain confidence each day. Currently, she coexists well with other dogs in her foster home, but she would prefer to be the only dog, soaking up all the attention from her family. Surprisingly, despite being an enthusiastic squirrel chaser, Lobu gets along well with cats. She's fully house-trained and exhibits excellent manners at home. Although she doesn’t enjoy being kenneled, thankfully, she doesn’t need one, as she’s not destructive and is perfectly content relaxing around the house. Toys aren't her favorite, but she loves to chew on a good bone. Most importantly, Lobu thrives on being near her people and soaking up affection. After spending her life caring for others, it's time for her to be cared for. The perfect family is out there, and we can’t wait for Lobu to find the loving home she deserves.
