About Cesar

Meet Cesar, the bouncy, food-loving cutie! This playful pup arrived as a stray, thanks to a caring neighbor who tipped us off about his situation. At 34.20 pounds, he’s the ideal fun-sized companion ready to bring joy to a new forever family. Cesar has a big heart and an even bigger love for food, so be careful with those treats! Since joining us, Cesar has shown he can walk well on a leash, though he has moments of excitement when he pulls. He met a larger spayed female dog outside and was incredibly friendly, showcasing his sweet and social nature. With plenty of bouncing, zooming, and wagging tails, he’s the all-around playful pup that everyone loves. We encourage potential adopters to meet Cesar in person, especially if there are other dogs or children in the home, to ensure it’s the right fit. Unfortunately, we don’t have information on how he interacts with cats. Come visit Cesar at our adoption center and see why he’s melting hearts! We’re located at 430 Bristol Drive, Statesville, NC, and we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Adoption Fee: $80 covers his spaying, microchipping, and vaccinations. Don’t forget to bring a collar and leash, or you can buy a combo from us. Cesar is waiting for you! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
