About Mason

Come meet Mason at Pet Supermarket, located at 8765 Dallas Acworth Hwy, Dallas, GA! Mason is a male purebred Shaded Silver Persian who was surrendered with several siblings when his owner could no longer care for them. Initially lacking socialization, he has made remarkable progress since joining Fancy Feline Rescue of the South. While he may not yet fully grasp affection, Mason enjoys gentle petting on his head and shoulders and adores neck massages. His main motivation is treats, which bring him joy. Though he tends to back away when he’s had enough of petting, he has recently started purring, showing he’s warming up to the idea of companionship. He gets along well with other cats, as long as they are respectful, but has not yet been introduced to dogs. Mason comes neutered, up-to-date with vaccinations, and microchipped—ready to find his forever home. He seeks a calm environment with someone patient to help him continue his journey of developing social skills. He may never be a snuggly cat, but he offers the charm of a good gentleman companion.
