He has thrived in homes with young children and is currently adjusting well in foster care. Rio gets along wonderfully with smaller dogs and is adapting to life with larger dogs as well. He responds well to correction and is learning the ropes of a multi-dog household. Smart and eager to please, Rio learns quickly. He might think he’s a lap dog, and honestly, who could blame him? His coat may be more allergy-friendly compared to many breeds. However, his previous family did report some allergy symptoms, so we can’t promise that he’s hypoallergenic.
