Meet Lainey! At just 6 pounds, Lainey is everything you could want in a little companion. She is quiet, gentle, and incredibly sweet. While she enjoys being close to her person and cuddling on the couch, she is not clingy and is perfectly content relaxing on her own too. Lainey came to us from a large group of Yorkies and has been on medical hold while she recovers and adjusts to her new life. She was understandably a little shut down when she arrived, but every day we see more of her personality shining through. Watching her gain confidence has been such a joy. She walks nicely on a leash, is crate trained, and prefers to do her potty business off leash in the grass. Lainey would be fine with another calm dog, but she also seems to enjoy having her own space and attention. Her only request? A little reassurance during thunderstorms - they are not her favorite.
