Sonnet and his siblings were born to a community cat in someone's backyard in Antelope Valley. Mom was a shy girl, but she let a caretaker bring her and her babies inside into safety. Sonnet's caretaker says this about him " I'm quiet and I love to be held. I can be around other cats, but I also enjoy time to be by myself. I will love to be in some one's hands so I can be spoiled. I love attention."
