Smudge is a sweet little survivor, one of four kittens born to a stray in Independence. After a challenging start, where they faced neglect, Smudge and her siblings are now safe and ready for adoption. As a baby, Smudge is still learning about the world but is already housed trained and gets along well with other cats. She’s a medium-sized domestic short hair, with plenty of time to grow and learn in a loving home. Adopters should note that she is suited for indoor living unless part of our barn cat program. All adoptions are limited to around 45 minutes from Cedar Rapids, IA, so we can ensure a good fit. Appointments for adoption can be set through our Facebook page or website.
