David the Smoocher is a foster favorite!! David is a 7-8yo 8lb chihuahua. He was found roaming and was picked up by animal control. He is neutered, vaccinated and chipped. He is great with everyone meets big and small and loves other dogs. He is house and crate trained and is an overall happy little man.
