ADOPTABLE ALERT: Meet Diesel! 9-weeks-old APBT/American Cur mix Kannapolis, NC Diesel is a perfectly normal, blue-eyed puppy who just happens to see the world a little differently. Raised as bottle babies (the D litter), Diesel was born with an eye abnormality that was further compromised after he and his littermates became ill shortly after birth. Despite medical treatment, the damage was irreversible, and his eye ultimately had to be removed as he grew older. Diesel runs, plays, explores, and keeps up with everyone else without missing a beat! He has adapted beautifully and approaches life with confidence, curiosity, and joy. Diesel has a wonderful disposition he loves children, gets along well with cats, and enjoys all the fun and adventures puppyhood has to offer. He sleeps quietly in his crate and is mostly potty trained, making him well on his way to becoming an excellent companion! Diesel may only have one eye, but he has twice the heart! Hes looking for a family who will see him exactly as he sees himself not as a puppy with a disability, but as a happy, playful, loving pup ready to live life to the fullest! If the pup youre interested in is not adopted on that date, youll have the opportunity to meet and adopt them at our next scheduled adoption day.
