About Waverly

Meet Waverly! His story is bittersweet. Found abandoned in the University neighborhood, we suspect he was left behind when a college student moved away. After finding a home, tragedy struck again when his owner passed away, leaving him searching for a place to belong once more. Waverly is a handsome black-and-white gentleman with striking golden-yellow eyes. This affectionate boy relishes companionship and wants nothing more than a family to call his own. While he tends to feel intimidated by other cats, he might thrive as an only cat, basking in all the attention, though he could also flourish with a calm, friendly feline who respects his space and helps him build confidence. At about 4 years old, Waverly has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and flea treated. He has tested negative for Feline Leukemia and Feline AIDS. After everything he’s been through, he deserves stability and love. Could your home be the forever one he’s been looking for? Click apply to start the adoption process.
