Tilly is a one-year-old mixed breed girl weighing in at a perfect 30 pounds. What breeds make up this beautiful black dog is anyone's guess, but her personality is easy to define: sweet, affectionate, and completely devoted to people. Tilly spent the first year of her life tied outside before arriving at the shelter with her two puppies. Now that her puppies are weaned and she's been spayed, vaccinated, and given a fresh start, it's finally Tilly's turn to be cared for.
