About Oscar
Meet Oscar! This big, lovable goofball is just over 7 months old and already weighs nearly 60 lbs. He's a Cane Corso and Labrador Retriever mix with a mission: to be everyone's best friend, and he excels at it. Oscar is a social butterfly, thriving around other dogs. He loves to run, wrestle, and play hard before crashing on the couch. Fetch is one of his favorite games, and he's discovered the joy of swimming; he thinks it's the greatest invention ever! Despite his playful energy, Oscar is quite smart. He's already potty trained, crate trained, and knows commands like sit, down, leave it, and come (most of the time—he's still a puppy). He adores both kids and adults, making it his goal to ensure that no one feels left out. Whether you're hiking, road tripping, or camping, Oscar is up for the adventure—though you might need to bring an extra sleeping bag, as he'll likely claim yours. Because he has boundless enthusiasm for making new friends, a family willing to enroll him in a basic manners class would be a great fit. He has the smarts to be a top student; he just needs a little guidance to understand that not everyone is ready for his excitement right away (his heart is in the right place!). Oscar will thrive in an active home with space for a growing pup to stretch out. He's neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccines. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
