She is incredibly sweet and wiggly but would be best in a home with older kids. loves being near her humans. Darla is house trained, food motivated, and will do just about anything for a snack. She is currently undergoing heartworm treatment and has been an absolute champ through the process. Shes also making great progress with crate training. When she first came to us, she was terrified of the crate, but now she happily sleeps in it at night. We havent left her crated during the day yet, but shes come a long way. She can be a little nibbly at times when shes excited, but she responds well to redirection and is eager to please. One thing Darla absolutely LOVES? Other dogs! She lives for dog friends and playdates. While shes mostly a laid-back couch queen, she lights up when she gets to spend time with her canine buddies.
