Meet Winnie Winnie is a 2-year-old, 38-pound pocket bully with a heart bigger than she is. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, house broken, and completely devoted to her people. If you are looking for a dog that will love you with her whole entire heart, Winnie is your girl. Winnie thrives on human connection. She wants to be by your side, go on walks, lounge in the yard, cuddle on the couch, and simply be part of your world. She is affectionate, loyal, goofy, and incredibly people-oriented. She also absolutely loves car rides and is the best passenger. Winnie loves to hit the town, go on adventures, and be included in all the fun things life has to offer. She would thrive with a breed-savvy owner who can confidently advocate for her and help keep her on her best behavior while out and about. Due to coming from a neglectful breeder environment, Winnie can be nervous and a bit reactive at times with other dogs, which is why she is currently looking for a home where she can be the only animal.She is also not a fan of cats. Winnie would do great in an active family home that wants a dog to include in everyday life and adventures, but she is also perfectly happy being a true lazy house hippo cuddled up on the couch all day with her people. Winnie is not a fan of the crate and would do best in a home where someone understands her need for comfort, patience, and structure while she continues settling into a stable life. She is currently located in Long Beach, CA and available to approved adopters throughout California and the Pacific Northwest. Winnie has already survived so much.
