Meet Riggs! Riggs is an absolute angel of a boy. He is the calmest and most unbothered puppy Ive ever had. Even his zoomies are lazy. His favorite activities include snuggling on the couch, sleeping literally anywhere, and sunbathing!! He adores his dog foster sister and is respectful of cats.
