Poor little Wesley was dumped in a rural area. An elderly lady found him, and is keeping him safe off the street, but isn't able to care for him long term. Wesley is a 10 years old Chihuahua mix and deserves to be loved unconditionally. He has done well with cats and dogs in the short time he has been around them.
