About Henry
Meet Henry. At 5 years old, he’s a charming male Mini Poodle, weighing around 13 lbs. Henry lived on a farm in Lancaster as a personal pet, but his adventurous spirit got him into trouble with the chickens. Affectionate and playful, Henry loves giving kisses and enjoys being held. He has formed a good bond with Arielle, a 5-year-old Bernedoodle, and while he is curious about other dogs, he could thrive as either a solo pet or with a furry roommate. However, a home with chickens isn’t suitable given his active prey instinct. Active and alert, Henry may not be the best fit for families with very young children. He is crate trained, quiet while inside, and has shown no accidents. While he listens well and comes when called, some marking behaviors have been noted, so a belly band has helped during his adjustment to a new environment. Now neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped, he tested negative for heartworm and is on prevention. Henry's adoption fee is $450.
