Rescue, Foster, or Adopter Needed for Dunn ?? Dunn is a sweet dog in need of urgent placement and specialized medical care. He has suffered a displaced distal radius and ulna fracture of his left front leg, a serious injury that will require orthopedic surgery (bone plating) in order to heal properly and give him the best chance at regaining normal use of his limb. Despite his injury, Dunn is bright, alert, and deserving of an opportunity to receive the care he needs. Without surgical intervention, his fracture is unlikely to heal correctly, which could lead to chronic pain, reduced mobility, and a significantly diminished quality of life. Dunn is looking for a rescue partner, foster, or adopter who can help provide the medical treatment and recovery support he needs. With appropriate orthopedic care and time to heal, he has the potential to enjoy a comfortable and active future. This animal is at risk for euthanasia due to his medical needs.
