Cooper is an amazing spirit! He was just a little puppy dumped at the shelter with broken bones, no-one new for 45 days when he was listed on the Euthanasia list. Once we started digging into his health records we found out! We immediately removed him and raised funds for his orthopaedic evaluation. Miraculously his injuries healed except for one area, his front limb growth plate was preventing proper healing on his front limb. surgery to remove the growth plate was necessary.
