If you're looking for a kitten who understands personal space, we'd like to save everyone some time and tell you she does not. Rescued from an abandoned south side garage alongside her siblings, Charlotte has transformed into a sleek beauty with subtle hidden stripes, tiny white belly markings, and a purr that seems to start up the moment she realizes a human is nearby. We think Charlotte may have been born purring. She was the first kitten in her litter to discover the joy of cuddling, and has remained committed to it ever since. Her favorite place to sleep is wrapped around a person. Ideally, your neck. Charlotte specializes in wedging herself beneath chins, draping herself across shoulders, and generally positioning herself as close to your face as possible. She will happily lick your face, snuggle into your hair, and occasionally deliver nose or lip nibbles when she feels breakfast service is running behind schedule. When she's awake, Charlotte is all action. She loves chasing wand toys, wrestling with her siblings, and launching wiggly butt pounce attacks on any kitten relaxing nearby. If something moves under a blanket, Charlotte will investigate immediately. If that moving thing turns out to be your feet, well... that's a problem of your own making. Despite her fearless energy, she's an incredibly sweet kitten who adores companionship. She loves cuddling with other cats just as much as she loves cuddling with people and is almost always looking for a playmate, wrestling partner, or nap buddy. Charlotte gets along well with other cats, would likely adjust to a cat-friendly dog, and would do best with another energetic feline companion who can keep up with her busy social calendar. Because she's happiest with a friend, Charlotte will need another cat in her forever home.
