Sweet Tabatha is a friendly and outgoing pup who settled in instantly after she arrived from Mississippi on June 20. She made friends with the resident cat in her new foster home and loved playing with all the other dogs. This gentle girl was found with her sister and three brothers and their mom in an abandoned building outside of Tupelo in Mississippi. The family came to Wags to get the love and care that they deserved. At Wags Tabitha thrived, playing with all the dogs at the rescue and then cuddling up with her siblings in a puppy pile to nap. Like any puppy, Tabitha needs a family willing to give her the attention and training dhe needs to grow up to be the very good girl we know she can be. Tabitha has had all of her vaccinations and has been spayed. She is house trained and doesnt A little about Wags and adoption fees: The woman who runs Wags takes care of almost 200 dogs completely on her own, she finds stray dogs constantly and find it impossible to turn them away. Adoption fees are the only source of funding for Wags and help pay for the vaccines, microchip spay/neuter and the transport from Mississippi for the lucky dogs who get posted for adoption and fine loving homes. What little is left after those expenses helps pay for food and vet care for all the other dogs and of course, the multitude of other expenses that come from running a rescue. Almost all of our dogs are in Mississippi and come up by Transport, dogs are listed along the Transport route or in an area where we may have volunteers who can help transport the dogs.
