Meet Frankie! This little guy was found on the side of the road in the county, trying to hitch a ride off of one of our citizens. He is extremely malnourished and we are taking care to put weight back on him while he awaits his forever home. He is quite nervous around new people, but we are hoping to break him out of the habit, the more time that we spend with him. Come meet him today!
