AvailableAbout Faith Suzette
Meet Faith Suzette 3.5 years old 73 lbs Spayed Female Great Dane x Yellow Lab Mix Some dogs survive unimaginable things and somehow still choose love. Faith is one of those dogs. This beautiful Great Dane/Lab mix was found as a stray suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the pain, fear, and neglect she endured, Faith has shown nothing but gentleness and gratitude to the people helping her heal. Today, all of her wounds have been treated and are healing beautifully. At about 3.5 years old, Faith is safe, warm, and finally learning that she no longer has to worry about where her next meal will come from or whether she can trust the humans around her. Faith Suzette is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and crate trained. She recently tested heartworm positive and will begin treatment soon. Right now, we're focused on helping her settle in, gain a few healthy pounds, and realize that the hard part of her life is over. About Faith Suzette: 73-pound Great Dane x Yellow Lab mix Approximately 3.5 years old Spayed and up to date on vaccines Crate trained Friendly with people and other dogs Likely cat-friendly Gentle and easygoing Heartworm positive (treatment beginning soon) Currently uses pee pads indoors while in boarding Faith's personality is perhaps best described as quietly grateful. She's laid back, calm, and incredibly sweet. There's a sadness in her eyes and a bit of fear from all she's endured, but beneath that is a soul that still believes people can be kind. She doesn't ask for much. A soft bed. A full belly. Gentle voices. A patient family willing to help her rediscover joy and remind her that not every hand brings pain. Faith Suzette is beautiful inside and out right now, but we can only imagine how breathtaking she will become with the healing power of love, attention, quality nutrition, and the security of a forever home. We can't wait to watch her blossom into the magnificent dog she was always meant to be. She has every reason not to trust. Yet somehow, she does. And after everything she's survived, we think this gentle girl deserves exactly what her name promises: Faith that better days are ahead. Could you be the family that shows her just how beautiful life can be?
