I've been through a lot of changes lately, and if I seem a little overwhelmed, it's because my whole world has been turned upside down. I've gone from one place to another in a very short time, and honestly, I'm just stressed and trying to make sense of it all. The nice people caring for me say I've been a good boy. I let them pet me, I haven't tried to bite or swat, and I was calm during my exam. I'm not mean. I'm just worried and unsure about what comes next. What I really need is a foster home where I can slow down, decompress, and remember what it feels like to be safe. A quiet place, a soft bed, and someone willing to be patient with me would mean everything. I think once I have a chance to settle in, you'll see the sweet cat everyone knows I can be. Right now, I just need a little help getting there.
