We knew this tiny Chihuahua deserved a brighter future, so we welcomed him into our rescue and promised him a better life. This sweet little gentleman is as gentle as they come. Fernando loves being close to his people, whether he's cuddling on the couch, napping in a sunny spot, or simply following you around the house.
