Chaka is estimated to be 4-5 years old and a possible Boxer mix who weighs around 50 lbs. Chaka was rescued from animal control last fall and was treated for heart worms. While in foster, Chaka has been good around her and her kids. He is very energetic and has a hyper personality so he will need an active adopter who can provide him with lots of exercise. Chaka is working on his house training and leash pulling so he will need an adopter who can continue to work with him on his manners. We believe he wasnt given much attention at the house he was surrendered from and doesnt know any commands. Despite this, Chaka is very loving! He doesnt bother the fosters cats or chickens while hes in the fenced area but he does have a high prey drive so he has not been closely around them. Chaka is neutered, fully vetted and microchipped.
