Phyllis is a sweet Siamese who came to the shelter with a large group of cats when their owner realized their numbers were starting to grow very quickly. She was a little nervous at first and is still a shy, gentle girl but she enjoys chin scratches and will lean in for more. She would probably do best in a calmer home and wouldn't mind a gentle friend to keep her company.
