Those days are long gone. Nessa has absolutely blossomed in foster care and continues to gain confidence with every new experience. What started as a cautious dog has transformed into a playful, outgoing girl who is discovering just how much fun life can be. At 64 pounds, Nessa is a sturdy, athletic girl with plenty of enthusiasm for life. She loves to play, enjoys being active, and is always ready for whatever adventure the day may bring. Whether it's zooming around the yard, playing with canine friends, or joining her people for activities, Nessa is happiest when she's included. One of her favorite things in the world? Teenagers. Nessa absolutely adores the teenage children in her foster home and has formed wonderful bonds with them. She thrives on attention, affection, and being part of the family. Like many young, energetic dogs, Nessa can be a little rambunctious at times. She's not naughtyjust enthusiastic. Continued basic obedience training will help her channel that excitement into becoming the very best companion she can be. And because no dog is perfect, Nessa does have one vice... She likes to talk. Especially when she's outside having fun. If she's playing, running, or generally enjoying herself, there's a good chance you'll hear all about it. She's not being mean or aggressiveshe simply has opinions and isn't afraid to share them. Nessa has also attended several public events and has done fabulously. Considering the limited socialization and experiences she had prior to entering rescue, her growth has been remarkable. She continues to prove that she is adaptable, resilient, and eager to embrace everything life has to offer. Housetraining is not guaranteed but crate training is worked on with all residents. A secure physically fenced yard is prioritized if a yard is present. Temperament cannot be and is not guaranteed.
